MYC Registration Form

Please choose from the following registration options, then indicate your first, second, and third choice for the dates that appear.

When you register a child in MYC you are reserving a spot for the duration the year. Sunshine, Sunbeams, and Moonbeams are academic year-long programs, and we cannot refill a child’s spot after classes have begun. When you read the program and registration information you will see that there is a refund policy which will refund you part of your child’s tuition for the year if you find it necessary to withdraw. However, before registering, please take time to seriously consider the commitment required for MYC.

Please note, Jennifer Allan will call you when she receives your registration, and then she will keep you updated on the progress of registration in terms of the class(es) you have selected for your child.
